Request for Color Guard or Reenactors
The New Jersey Society, Sons of the American Revolution (NJSSAR) may be available for your event. The number of Color Guard members will be at the discretion of the Color Guard Commander and will be determined by the availability of our volunteer members. We also have contacts with reenactor units. Reenactors are living historians who can enhance the authenticity of your event. It is customary to budget for reenactor participation. The NJSSAR is a 501 c) (3) nonprofit, nonpartisan organization. Our mission is to honor our Revolutionary War patriot ancestors by promoting patriotism, serving our communities, supporting education , and inspiring future generations about our country's founding principles.
